Shipping Info
Pick up from our store in St Kilda (8:30am to 9:30pm every day). Orders are generally ready within 2 hours. Please ensure you receive your ready for pickup email or SMS before collecting your order.
Postage Details
We use Sendle to send all our parcels. Your parcel will be generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days and you can track your parcel online: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking.
Cost:
Shipping cost is based on the postal address and the weight & size of the entire parcel. At checkout, the postal cost is an estimate. In some cases, there will be a surcharge on oversize parcels. If this happens, our team will contact you shortly.
Local Delivery Details
We personally deliver all our local orders to maximum 10kms from our store to ensure safe and care & a delivery fee may apply
- $7 delivery fee within 5km of our St Kilda store or free delivery with order above $40
- $12 delivery fee between 5km and 10km of our St Kilda Store or free delivery with order above $70
If you order outside of our delivery suburbs, we may not be able to delivery to you. We will either contact you regarding the delivery fee quote or we may have to cancel the order.
